Organisations
What is an Organization?
This feature is available exclusively for Business and Enterprise customers.
An Organization is a unique environment on Invicta AI that enables users to:
- Create workspaces for sharing and collaborating on agents with organization members.
- Access a shared pool of Compute Points for all organization users.
- Allow organization owners to analyze Invicta AI activity (coming soon).
Accessing Organizations
To gain access to the Organization feature:
- Obtain a Business Subscription
- Contact us for an Enterprise Subscription

Organization Capacity

Managing Your Organization
To manage your organization:
Access Organization Settings
Click on the profile menu in the bottom left corner and select “Organization”.
Manage Organization
In the Organization settings, you can: - Invite other members via email - View your pool of compute points - Rename your organization
Adding New Members
Initiate Invitation
Enter Email Addresses
Input the email addresses of the people you want to invite.
Send Invitations
Send the invitations. Recipients will receive an email invitation valid for 7 days.
Invitees must already be registered on Invicta AI with the email addresses used for invitation.
Workspaces
Workspaces allow you to share agents with specific members of your organization.
Managing Workspaces
Access Workspace Management
Open the profile menu in the bottom left and navigate to “Manage Workspaces”.
Create and Manage Workspaces
Create new workspaces and manage existing ones by inviting specific organization members.
View Workspaces
Access your workspaces through the “Workspaces” page in the profile menu.
Adding Agents to Workspaces
Open Agent Builder
Set Visibility
Select Workspace
Choose the workspace to add the agent to using the selector that appears.
Save Changes
Save the agent. It will now be visible to other users in the selected workspace.
Users can view shared agents in the “Workspaces” page accessible through the profile menu.
Business or Enterprise Compute Points
For Business or Enterprise customers, your company receives a pool of monthly compute points (CPs). All users added to the organization will consume CPs from this shared pool.
You can view your organization’s CP balance on the “Organization” page.
CP Consumption Priority
If a user has both organizational and personal CP allocations:
- Organizational CPs will be consumed first.
- Personal CPs will only be used if organizational CPs are depleted.
