Adding and Using Files

To enhance the functionality of your ChatGPTs on Invicta AI, you can upload and utilize various file types, such as PDFs, Word documents, TXTs, and websites. This allows you to add valuable knowledge to your AI assistant's knowledge base and access relevant information during conversations.

Uploading Files​

Follow these steps to upload files:

  1. Sign in to your Invicta AI account.
  2. Navigate to the "Knowledge Base" section.
  3. Click on the "Upload" button.
  4. Choose the file you want to upload from your local device.
  5. Ensure that the file size does not exceed 25 MB.
  6. Optionally, provide a title or description for the file to help with organization and searchability.
  7. Tick the "Use" checkbox for each file that you want your ChatGPTs to utilize.
  8. Click on the "Upload" button to add the file to your knowledge base.

Using Files in Conversations​

Once you have uploaded files to your knowledge base, you can make use of them during conversations with your AI assistant. Here's how:

  1. During a conversation, when you need information from a specific file, mention the file's name or provide relevant context.
  2. Your AI assistant will recognize the reference to the file and retrieve the necessary information from it.
  3. The retrieved information will be seamlessly integrated into the conversation, providing accurate and relevant responses.

Ensure that you have ticked the "Use" checkbox for each file you want your ChatGPTs to access and utilize during conversations.

Note: Please remember that the maximum file size allowed for uploading is 25 MB.
